Wow. There is so much happening on this dress, “busy” seems downright leisurely by comparison.

Normally, at this point, I’d look at the dress, go “Oh man, what the hell?” and then check to see if there’s a picture of the dress on a model, because sometimes that helps make heads or tails of an item.

This is the rare exception to that rule.

Those chest ruffles make it a great dress if you’re afraid of predators, so you want to make yourself look much bigger and more threatening. Or if you want to confuse and disorient your prey before you go in for the kill.
