I’ll admit, I was a little unfair to the Sesame Street costumes the other day. I didn’t fully understand the versatility of the costumes because I didn’t have the full context.
Did you know they make fully licensed Jersey Shore costumes?
Finally, you can dress up as Snookie, Pauly D, or the Situation.
Can you see what this might have to do with Sesame Street? Probably not, because you’re not mentally unbalanced.
I can’t say for sure that this is what was intended, but I’d be hard pressed to find a better use for the Sesame Street characters. It’s the perfect melding of Sesame Street’s simple innocence with Jersey Shore’s simple minds.
